NRTC Tax Credits

New Jersey’s Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) program allows eligible businesses to redirect their New Jersey state tax liability toward approved community revitalization projects and receive a tax credit of up to 100% of their contribution in return.

Instead of taxes disappearing into the general budget, NRTC lets companies decide exactly where their investment goes and see the results firsthand. PARTNER NJ has maintained an approved NRTC plan since 2024, making Gateway Neighborhood investments immediately eligible.
