Opening Doors Through Education

Over $169,000 in scholarships have supported students and adult learners in pursuing higher education and building long-term stability.

Building and Preserving Homes

Through partnerships with Habitat for Humanity and the Housing Authority, families, including veterans, have achieved homeownership, while seniors and long-time residents have gained access to safe, stable housing.

Revitalizing a Neighborhood, Together

As the lead agency for the Gateway Neighborhood Collaborative, PARTNER coordinates housing, workforce, small business, and community programs that serve hundreds of residents each year.

Leveraging Investment for Greater Impact

Through the New Jersey Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) program, PARTNER has secured $800,000 in recent funding, turning private investment into visible neighborhood improvements and long-term opportunities.

For over 20 years, PARTNER has collaborated with residents and the City of Perth Amboy to strengthen the Gateway Neighborhood, increasing access to housing, economic opportunities, and essential services.

2026 Board of Trustees Schedule

The Regular Board of Trustees monthly meetings on the third Tuesday of every other month
(unless otherwise scheduled) will be held via ZOOM and in-person at the
Wesley T. Hansen Apartments, Community Center, located at
415 Fayette Street, Perth Amboy, New Jersey, unless stated otherwise,
starting at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) to discuss the general business of PARTNER.

Dates as follows:

November 17, 2026 12:00 p.m.
