Our Programs
Job Help & Career Training
PARTNER supports Gateway Neighborhood residents by connecting them to job-readiness programs, workforce opportunities, and small-business support that strengthen household income and build long-term stability.
As a core part of our neighborhood revitalization strategy, we focus on expanding access to stable employment, career advancement, and entrepreneurship, helping build a stronger, more resilient local economy in Perth Amboy.

Education & Workforce Pathways
Education and workforce development are essential to PARTNER’s Gateway Neighborhood Revitalization work. Through targeted scholarships, leadership development, and college- and career-readiness opportunities, PARTNER helps residents build the skills and confidence needed to achieve long-term stability and economic mobility.
Our education pathway approach recognizes that access to opportunity begins early and continues throughout adulthood. By investing in students at every stage, from high school leadership development to postsecondary and continuing education, PARTNER helps residents navigate pathways to meaningful careers and stronger communities.
These programs are designed to reduce barriers, expand access to education, and connect participants to the tools and support needed to succeed in school, work, and civic life.
